Tzatziki/Greek Yogurt Dip Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

A Middle Eastern dip made from hung yogurt and combined with cucumber, garlic and olive oil and flavoured with dill or parsley. Greek yogurt makes an excellent stand-in for sour cream. Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute in dips, dressings and toppings. Additionally, equal parts of full-fat Greek yogurt can be used in place of regular sour cream in any recipe, including baked goods.
