250 gram minced pork

Directions : Tofu Meatballs Recipe

STEP 1.1. Smash the tofu in a bowl using your hands, add in it minced pork, chopped mushrooms, egg white, grated ginger, soy sauce, salt to taste, sesame oil, cornstarch and mix well.

STEP 2.2. Stir in one direction until it becomes sticky.

STEP 3.3. On another plate make a ball of the mixture and place. Make 4 balls.

STEP 4.1. Place in boiling water for 15-20 minutes.

STEP 5.2. Meanwhile take a cup of boiling water, add chicken broth, carrot slices, white pepper, soy sauce, black mushrooms and salt (quantities are mentioned above) boil and cook for 5 minutes.

STEP 6.3. Take out the steamed meat tofu balls and submerge in the soup in the pot.

STEP 7.4. Add rape and cook over medium flame for 3-5 minutes. meatballs are ready.
