Ingredients for Tofu Meatballs Recipe

  • 400 gram medium firm tofu
  • 250 gram minced pork
  • 1 No.s Egg white
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped black mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 cup Carrot slices
  • 3 No.s Rape

Directions: Tofu Meatballs Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Smash the tofu in a bowl using your hands, add in it minced pork, chopped mushrooms, egg white, grated ginger, soy sauce, salt to taste, sesame oil, cornstarch and mix well.

  • STEP 2.2. Stir in one direction until it becomes sticky.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3. On another plate make a ball of the mixture and place. Make 4 balls.

  • STEP 4.1. Place in boiling water for 15-20 minutes.

  • STEP 5.2. Meanwhile take a cup of boiling water, add chicken broth, carrot slices, white pepper, soy sauce, black mushrooms and salt (quantities are mentioned above)  boil and cook for 5 minutes.

step 6

  • STEP 6.3. Take out the steamed meat tofu balls and submerge in the soup in the pot.

step 7

  • STEP 7.4. Add rape and cook over medium flame for 3-5 minutes.  meatballs are ready.
