STEP 1.Boil sweet corn in hot water for 2 minutes.
STEP 2.Chopped all veggies finely. Heat a pan. Add oil in it. Add all chopped veggies to it. Saute it and stir for a few minutes.
STEP 3.Now add boiled sweet corn to it. Add salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder, to it. Mix it well. Fry for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves. Add a little lemon juice to it. Serve hot. Children will love this.
