• 3 tablespoon Plain all purpose flour
• 180 milliliter Beef stock
• 120 milliliter Vegetable stock
• 120 milliliter Double cream
• 2 teaspoon Dark soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 0.25 teaspoon Salt
• Finely chopped fresh parsley
