350 gram Beef steak cut into strips
1 tablespoon Black peppercorns crushed
1 Fresh red chili deseeded and thinly sliced Nos
4 Garlic finely chopped cloves
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Dark sugar

0.5 teaspoon Fish sauce

Directions : Spicy Black Peppered Beef Stir Fry Recipe

STEP 1.1. In a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp crushed peppercorns, 1 fresh red chilli thinly sliced, 4 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp lime juice and mix well together.

STEP 2.2. In a large mixing bowl add 350 gm beef steep cut into strips, add the prepared mixture and mix well to ensure that all the beef is well coated.

STEP 3.3. In a wok heat 2 tbsp oil on high heat, add marinated beef strips and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

STEP 4.4. Add ½ tsp fish stock, 1 tbsp lime juice and stir fry for 1 minute.

STEP 5.5. Lastly add mint leaves as desired and stir fry for a few seconds.

STEP 6.6. Transfer to a dish and serve with rice or noodles.
