  • 350 gram Beef steak
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Crushed black peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 No.s Fresh red chili
  • 4 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • As required Mint leaves A handful

Directions: Stir Fry Beef With Garlic Black Pepper & Lime Recipe

  • STEP 1.in a small mixing bowl combine 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp crushed peppercorns, 2 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 deseeds and thinly sliced fresh red chili, 4 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 1 tsp lime juice and mix together well.
  • STEP 1.place 350 gm thinly cut strips of beef steak in a mixing bowl, add the combined ingredients and mix together well to coat the beef. In a wok heat 2 tsp oil on high heat , add the meat and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Then add 1/2 tsp fish sauce , 1 tsp lime juice and stir fry for 1 minute. Add mint leaves as desired and stir fry for a few seconds.
  • STEP 3.Take off the heat and serve with rice or noodles.
