  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine the beef strips with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
