1 sweet onion diced
2 carrots chopped
4 cloves garlic minced or grated
3 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne or more or less to your taste

3 cup cooked black beans drained and rinsed if using canned
1 jar spicy marinara sauce
2 can tomato paste
1.5 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
sharp cheddar cheese for topping
2 inch large sweet potatoes cut into 1/4 wide strips
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic grated
2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
As required salt and pepper
2 ripe avocados peeled + pitted
1 jalapeno seeded + chopped
1 the juice of lime
pinch cumin
0.25 cup fresh cilantro chopped
