Ingredients For Speedy Ham and Egg Fried Rice Recipe

• 2 cup 400 g thai fragrant jasmine rice
• 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 Spring onion/scallions chopped
• 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
• Handful of fresh coriander/cilantro chopped
• 1 cup 200 g of bacon/ham bite size
• 1 cup 200 g frozen peas
• 1 tablespoon Vegetable
• 1 tablespoon 11/2 light soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce, optional
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
• Stir the above ingredients together a bowl
• 1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine, keep separate from rest of ingredients
