Directions : Spanish Hot Chocolate Recipe

STEP 1.Chop the chocolate.

STEP 2.Set aside.

STEP 3.In a tiny bowl whisk 1/2 milk and starch.

STEP 4.Set aside.

STEP 5.In a tiny pan place the remainder of the milk with sugar, salt and chocolate.

STEP 6.Bring to a simmer, scale back the warmth to low, add the starch mixture, whisk till combined and cook for 3-4 minutes.

STEP 7.Add shredded chocolate, flip the warmth off and whisk for 2-3 minutes, till utterly dissolved and thick.

STEP 8.Pour into a mug, garnish with topping and chocolate shavings.
