Ingredients For South Indian Special Adai and Chatni. Recipe
1 cup MeasuringRice.
0.5 cup MeasuringMoong Dal.
0.5 cup MeasuringUrad Dal.
0.5 cup MeasuringTur Dal.
0.5 cup MeasuringChana Dal.
-1 nos Red Chillis.
1 nos table spoon cumin seeds.
1 piece of Giner.e
-1 nos Curry leaves
0.25 nos Spoon Asafoetida.
-1 nos Garlic Cloves
1 nos Onion slices cut.
as required Salt as per requirement.
2 nos Tomatoes
as required Some Coconut pieces.
1 nos Tea Spoon Mustard Seeds.
1 nos Tea Spoon Sambhar Masala for Sprinkle
as required red chilli powder.
Directions : South Indian Special Adai and Chatni. Recipe
STEP 1.In a Bowl, Take 1 Measuring Cup Rice.
1/2 Measuring Cup Moong Dal.
1/2 Measuring Cup Urad Dal.
1/2 Measuring Cup Tur Dal. And
1/2 Measuring Cup Chana Dal. Mix all ingredients, Wash it. And Drain the Water.
STEP 2.Add More Water ,4-5 Red Chillis, 1 Table Spoon Cumin Seeds. Add Some curry leaves, and Soak for 5 to 6 hours. After 6 hours sock and Transfer in Mixcer Grinder. Add some pieces of Ginger. And Griend to coarse Paste.
STEP 3.Now add 1/4thSpoon Asfotedia, Salt according to tests. Mix it well and add little water. Mix it well, and adjust the consistency.
STEP 4.
For Chutney :
In a Pan add some Oil. Add 1 Tea Spoon Urad Dal, and Roast it. Add 2 Red Dry Chilli, 7-8 Garlic Cloves. Few Curry Leaves, and 1 Sliced Onion, and roast them well.
STEP 5.Add 2 Slice of Tomatos and 1/2 Cup of Coconut. 1/4 Tea Spoon Asfotedia, Salt as per tests. Cook till the Tometos are soft. Switch off the Gas. Let it Cool Down, and grind.
STEP 6.For Tadka In a Tadka Pan, Add some oil. When Oil is Hot, add 1 Tea Spoon Mustard Seeds, then Turn off the Flame. Then add Some Curry Leaves and add this Tadka in Chatny.
STEP 7.For Making Adai :
In a Pan add some Oil,Pour Batter and spread its Gently. Keep the flame at Medium.Sprinkle some Sambhar Masala, Black Papper Powder. Add little Oil, for crisp cooking, and cook for 5 Minutes.Flip it and cook it well both the sides. Now Serve Hot with Spicy Chatny.
