• 1 Onion chopped
• 4 Tomatoes quartered
• 4 Cloves of garlic chopped
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
• 400 milliliter Vegetable stock
• 3 tablespoon Olive oil
• 8 Croutons
• 1 sprig Spring onion
• 2 tablespoon Cream, avoid if vegan
