• 14.5 ounce 1 can pintos or lima beans or great northern beans [use your preference
• 32 ounce 1 beef stock
• 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 5 Medium russet potatoes 1" cubes
• Seasonings
• 2 tablespoon Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Seasoned salt [more or less to your taste
• 1 teaspoon Black pepper
• 1 teaspoon Dry italian seasoning
• 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
• 2 Bay leaves
• End of cooking
• 2 tablespoon Chopped italian parsley
• 4 tablespoon Tomato paste to thicken
