• 6 Cloves garlic, crushed
• 2 tablespoon Walkerswood jerk seasoning, i used mild
• 0.5 teaspoon Coarse salt
• 1 Lime, squeezed
• 0.5 cup Fresh orange juice
• 1 Haas avocado, diced
• 2 Large ripe mangos, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
• 1.5 tablespoon Chopped red onion
• 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
• 2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
• As required Salt and pepper, to taste
