STEP 1.In a bowl,add beef boneless cubes,garlic,ginger,onion,green chilies,mint leaves,fresh coriander,baking soda, garam masala powder,coriander seeds,red chili crushed,cumin seeds,salt,red flavorer and blend well.
STEP 2.In a chopper,add beef with spices & chop till well combined.
STEP 3.In a bowl,add beef mince mixture,ghee & knead well for 4-5 minutes,cover & refrigerate for one hour.
STEP 4.Dip hands in water & take a mix (55g) and create kababs of equal sizes on skewer.
STEP 5.In pan,add vegetable oil and fry kababs on medium flame from all sides till done (approx. 6-8 minutes)
STEP 6.Serve with raita!
