  • STEP 2.Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  • STEP 3.Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a cylindrical kabab around a skewer.
  • STEP 4.Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
  • STEP 5.Preheat a grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
