Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, and lemon juice.
  • STEP 2.Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  • STEP 3.Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a cylindrical kebab around a skewer.
  • STEP 4.Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
  • STEP 5.Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  • STEP 6.Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with mint chutney, onion rings, and lemon wedges.

Cooking Tips
