• 1 cup Medium grain rice
• 2 cup Massel chicken style liquid stock
• 12 Green king prawns, peeled, cleaned leaving heads and tails intact
• 2 Squid hoods, cleaned, cut into 1cm-thick rings
• 12 Black mussels, scrubbed, debearded
• 1 kilogram Clams
• 1 cup Frozen peas
• 0.25 cup Coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley
