1 pound Grouper or tilapia fillets, cut into 1 inch cubes
0.75 pound Uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
0.5 pound Bay Scallops
1 cup Half and half cream
1 teaspoon Salt
0.25 teaspoon White Pepper
