• 2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
• 225 gram Can water chestnuts, drained, finely chopped
• 3 Spring onions, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoon Peanut oil
• 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
• 0.25 cup Coriander sprigs
• 1 Iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
