2 tablespoon Minced fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
0.5 teaspoon Dried tarragon
0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
0.25 teaspoon Salt
0.125 teaspoon Pepper
2 cup Hot cooked rice
0.5 cup Tartar sauce
0.5 cup Sour cream
2 tablespoon Shredded Parmesan Cheese
