#FOH The recipe that makes me feel closet to my heritage is the indian desert kheer which is prepared on all occassions n festivals and also as an offering to god..
STEP 1.Take a heavy bottom pan n keep milk for boiling..
STEP 2.Add sugar n elaichi powder..
STEP 3.Once ur milk starts boiling add sabudana n keep stirring to avoid sabudana sticking at the bottom..
STEP 4.Boil milk till the sabudana r transparent like pearls..
STEP 5.Now add cream and let ur kheer cook on low flame keep stirring.
STEP 6.Add saffron n mix well..
STEP 7.Off the flame n let it cool..
STEP 8.keep in fridge for 3_4 hours n serve chilled..
STEP 9.Garnish with dry fruits while serving..
