Recipe By Better Butter

These beautiful rose buns are made with amaranth aka cholai aka laal palak or rajgira which is a super food, rich in iron, vitamin and minerals. Sometimes, i make it with pumpkin or dal but then my daughter would just not eat them. So i add it in some hidden form to few of my dishes. And this time made these beautiful buns with it.
