  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Directions: Amaranth Leaves Bhurjee With Aloo Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and chopped onions. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Then, add chopped amaranth leaves and cook until they wilt.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add boiled and mashed potatoes to the pan. Mix everything together and cook for another 5 minutes.
