• 400 gram 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• 100 gram Bottled roasted red peppers in brine, drained and roughly chopped
• 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
• 1 Egg beaten
• 2 tablespoon Finely chopped coriander
• 1 Red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
• 25 gram Chives, finely chopped
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
