STEP 2.1 take a bowl and add 1cup semolina/rava, ¾ cup curd. Mix well. Let it rest for 20 mins.
STEP 3.2 add chopped curry leaves, chopped ginger, 3 chopped green chillies, chopped onion, 2 pinch cumin powder, 2pinch asafoetida and salt to taste. Mix well. Beat the mixture with a fork for 5 mins.
STEP 4.3 heat oil in a kadai.
STEP 5.4 take a bowl with water and dip your hands in water. Then take a small portion of the mixture. Using your thumb, make a hole in the middle. Carefully put it to the oil and fry it in medium flame.
STEP 6.5 turn it after 2 minutes. Fry it until both sides become golden brown in colour.
STEP 7.6 repeat step 4-5 for the rest of the mixture.
STEP 8.7 rava vada is ready to be served.
