STEP 1.Step 1- At first take 200 grams Cottage cheese and take 1 cloth & strained the cottage cheese water.
STEP 2.Step 2- Take out cottage cheese from the cloth.
STEP 3.Step 3- Then take the cottage cheese to a big plate & mix some maida and knead it for 10/20 mins to make it smooth & grain free.
STEP 4.Step 4- Divide the knead cottage cheese in 8/10 equal pices & roll them round.
STEP 5.Step 5- Take a big pot & boil one litre of water adding 350 grams suger & lemon juice & pinc of cardamom (for the flavours). Stir the suger mixwell.
STEP 6.Step 6- Add cottage cheese balls one by one to the suger syrup & stir the syrup. Cooked on medium-low flame for 15mins.
STEP 7.Step 7- Then turn off the flame & remove the pot from the burner.
STEP 8.Step 8 - At last serve nicely đ
