Ingredients for Dragon Chili Fish #BSK Recipe

  • 62.50 gram Fish pieces (Boneless)
  • 0.13 cup maida
  • 0.13 cup Corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Celery
  • A Few Finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 0.13 Tbsp Salt
  • 12.50 g Oil
  • 1/4 Pieces Onions
  • 1/4 tbsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tbsp Garlic
  • 1/4 tbsp Green chilly
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1.25 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp Corn flour

Directions: Dragon Chili Fish #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the fish into finger pieces.
  • STEP 2.Make a batter with corn flour, maida, baking powder, soy sauce, celery, pepper powder, water and salt.
  • STEP 3.Dip the fish pieces in the batter and fry in oil till golden brown. Transfer fish into a serving plate.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan.
  • STEP 5.Saute garlic, ginger and green chilly. Add soy sauce, chilly and tomato sauce to it.
  • STEP 6.Finally add corn flour mixed with water to it and stir well. Once it starts to boil, remove form fire.
  • STEP 7.At the time of serving, pour the sauce on top of fried fish pieces and mix well.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with chopped spring onions.
