Ingredients for Mutton Shami Kabab #BSK Recipe

  • 62.50 g Boneless mutton
  • 0.06 cup Chopped onion
  • 0.13 tsp corinder powder
  • 0.06 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 pieces Dried red chillies
  • 0.38 pieces Cloves
  • 0.38 pieces Green cardamom
  • 0.06 tsp Black pepper corn
  • 0.13 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 0.38 pieces Small cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.13 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 0.06 cup Vegetable oil
  • 0.19 cup Warm water
  • 1/4 tbsp Coconut Powder
  • 0.13 pieces Egg
  • 0.13 tbsp Mint leaves
  • 0.13 tbsp Chopped corinder leaves
  • 1/4 pieces Chopped Green chillies
  • 0.19 tsp salt ( accordind to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 15 g split Chickpeas
  • 0.13 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 0.13 tbsp chopped capsicum ( red + yellow)for garnish
  • 2 pieces toothpick( for garnish)
  • 2 pieces cherry tomato ( for garnish)

Directions: Mutton Shami Kabab #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take split chickpeas and wash thrice.Then soak for an hour .Take a pressure cooker, and add 1/2 kilo boneless mutton.Add 1/2 cup chopped onion,coriander powder,turmeric powder,dried red chillies,black pepper corns,cloves,cardamom,caraway seeds,cinnamon sticks,ginger garlic paste,1 tsp salt and mustard oil.Now mix well.
  • STEP 2.Now add 1.5 cup of water.Turn on the gas.close the lid .After one whistle cook under low flame for 15 minutes.Now add soaked split chickpes.Mix well and close the lid.cook till 4 whistle.Open the lid.Now add coconut powder mix well.Now dry it and let it cool.Now add salt to test and one egg.Add lemon juice and one tablespoon vegetable oil.Now grind.Then add chopped coriander leaves,chopped mint and chopped green chillies.Mix well.Now apply oil on palm and make kabab.
  • STEP 3.Take a tawa and add 1/2 cup vegetable oil.Heat the oil and shallow fry the kababs till golden brown.Remove to a plate and serve.
