Ingredients for Kung Pao Chicken #BSK Recipe

  • 80 g Chicken breast
  • 1/10 Pieces red capsicum
  • 1/10 pieces Green capsicum
  • 0.40 tbsp Cornflour
  • 10 g Peanut
  • 2 pieces Dry Red Chillies
  • 0.40 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1/5 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 1/5 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 0.60 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/5 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/10 tsp Salt according taste
  • 1/10 tsp Sugar
  • 1/10 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/5 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1/10 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1/5 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.40 tsp Vinegar

Directions: Kung Pao Chicken #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take the chicken breast and cut into cubes.Add 1/2 tbsp soya sauce,1/2 tbsp chilli sauce,1 tsp black pepper powder,1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Mix well. Now add 2 tbsp corn starch and mix well.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, take 1 tbsp hoisin sauce,1/2 tbsp chilli sauce,1.5 tbsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp sugar 1 tbsp sesame oil and mix well
  • STEP 3.Take a pan ,add 1 tbsp oil-medium heat.Add peanuts.Fry till golden brown.Remove and set aside.Now add 2 tbsp oil on med-high heat.Add chicken and cook 2-3 minutes each side.Remove and set aside.
  • STEP 4.Now add minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry 1 min.Add dry red chillies and stir fry 1 min.Add capsicums (cut into square)and stir fry 1 min.Now add salt to taste. Mix well.Add fried chicken and stir fry 1 min.Then add sauce mixture and vinegar. Mix well .Then stir fry 3 minutes.Now add peanuts,mix well and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Kung Pao Chicken is ready.
