Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
• STEP 2.Add sugar and stir until it dissolves completely.
• STEP 3.Gently drop the cottage cheese balls into the boiling syrup.
• STEP 4.Cover the pot and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the rasgullas double in size.
• STEP 5.Remove from heat and let them cool.
• STEP 6.Serve the rasgullas chilled, garnished with chopped nuts.
• STEP 7.Enjoy this classic Indian sweet!

Storage and Serving

• Rasgullas can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
