STEP 1.Wash the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces.Wash,clean and cut green chilli,ginger ans pumpkin into your desired shape.Cut green chilli,ginger and onion into small pieces.Now heat mustard oil in a kadai and sprinkle asafetida ,panchphoron ,green chilli,ginger .Then add onion and cook it after it turns pink.Add pumpkin keep stirring it in between . When the pumpkin is little soft then add all the spices and salt and mix and cook .When the vegetables are cooked ,then add amchur,jagerry and garam masala ,cook it for 1 minute and now turn off the gas by running the vagatable.
