• 1 Small onion chopped finely
• 16 Curry leaves
• 250 gram Fresh shrimp/dry shrimp cleaned, de veined
• 250 milliliter Thick coconut milk
• 1 inch Ginger chopped finely
• 10 Garlic chopped finely
• 1 tablespoon Bottle masala or as required
• 2 Drumsticks chopped and immersed in water with little salt
• 1.5 tablespoon Tamarind pulp or paste
• 0.5 cup Water or as required
• As required Salt as required
