Directions : Prawn Egg Fu Yung Recipe

STEP 1.1 break 4 eggs into a mixing bowl, add ⅓ tsp white ground pepper, salt to taste and whisk together well.

STEP 2.2 heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on high heat, add 130 gm shelled and deveined raw prawns and stir fry till they turn pink.

STEP 3.3 add the egg mixture over the prawns and stir and cook for 2 minutes till eggs are cooked.

STEP 4.4 add 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic chives and stir for 1 minute.

STEP 5.5 transfer to a serving bowl.
