• 1 tablespoon Chopped scallion
• 3 dash Ground white pepper
• 1 teaspoon Shaoxing Wine
• 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 1 inch Ginger, peeled and grated
• 1.5 tablespoon Vegetable oil
