Directions : Phulkopir Shingara Recipe

STEP 1.Heat a pan and add oil

STEP 2.Add peanuts and fry until golden, set aside

STEP 3.Fry cauliflower and set aside

STEP 4.Add dry red chilies and panch phoran

STEP 5.Add potatoes and salt , mix well

STEP 6.Fry until golden

STEP 7.Add the ginger green chili paste

STEP 8.Add the prepared masala 1tsp

STEP 9.Add crushed kasuri methi

STEP 10.Add the cauliflower and peanuts

STEP 11.Add black salt

STEP 12.For the other skin knead the flour with water,salt, sugar and ghee

STEP 13.Make samosa and use the prepare aloo as a filiing

STEP 14.Seal the mouth with water

STEP 15.Deep fry the samosa

STEP 16.Serve with chutney or sauce
