350 gram beef eg. rump steak, thinly sliced against the grain
1 tablespoon garlic minced
1 teaspoon ginger minced
1 teaspoon stock powder
0.5 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 yellow onion sliced

STEP 1.In a massive bowl, mix all ingredients for the rice noodles and stir well. Let the batter rest for 1-2 hours. Season the meat with garlic, ginger, fish sauce, pepper, and edible fat. Put aside for a quarter-hour.
STEP 2.Add some oil in an exceedingly heated pan. Fry some minced garlic until aromatic. Then append the meat and stir-fry on high heat till now not pink. Don't cook the meat. Add onion if desired.
STEP 3.Place a plate on the steaming rack within the steamer. Steam the plate for 1-2 minutes until hot. Kindle the batter and ladle over only enough batter to hide the bottom of the plate. Steam for 4-5 minutes till set and quite clear. Run a spatula around the edges of the rice noodle sheet and peel it off.
STEP 4.You will be able to stack the rice sheets on one another once done. Detach a rice sheet and place it on a flat surface. High with some recent greens and stir-fry beef. Carry up to one finish and roll it up, gently however tightly. Continue till the end of the batter.
STEP 5.Serve straight away with some light-weight dipping fish sauce.
