  • 1.50 inch Fresh ginger, halved lengthwise

  • 2 Whole cloves
  • 1.50 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 Cardamom pods
  • 1/2 tablespoon Whole coriander seeds
  • 4 cup Good quality beef stock
  • 1/2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • As required Fine sea salt
  • 4 ounce Raw steak, very thinly sliced
  • 3.50 ounce Uncooked thin rice noodles
  • As required Garnishes: fresh herbs , bean sprouts, lime wedges, thinly sliced chiles , thinly sliced onions , sauces
