Directions : Phirni Recipe

STEP 1.Wash and soak rice for 30mins

STEP 2.Grind the rice into powder

STEP 3.Roast and crush the cardamom into powder

STEP 4.Mix the rice powder with 1 cup milk

STEP 5.Heat the milk in a pan

STEP 6.Add the rice powder milk with the milk

STEP 7.Add saffron

STEP 8.Keep stirring until it thickens

STEP 9.Add sugar and cardamom powder

STEP 10.Set it in the mud bowl

STEP 11.Rest for 24hrs and serve as dessert
