• 2 large potatoes
• 1 medium size tomato chopped
• 1 large onion sliced
• 0.75 big pods of garlic chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon ginger chopped
• 1 red chilli chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon kalonji
• 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
• 0.5 teaspoon garam masala
