0.25 cup Low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
0.5 cup Natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Sambal oelek
0.25 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
1 Large red bell peppers, seeded and sliced into thin strips
8 ounce Snap peas, strings removed
2 Carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips
1 piece Fresh ginger, peeled and grated
2 Green onions, sliced
3 Garlic cloves, minced
