Sandesh is a very popular bengali sweet that is a must-have during my yearly visit to kolkata. As it is unavailable here, i try to make it in my kitchen on few special occasions. This one is particularly made of nolen gur (date palm jaggery) in sandesh moulds that i bought along with me. Country.....uae.
