  • 1 liter full fat milk
  • 50 gram new gobindobhog rice
  • 150 gram nolen gur
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 20 gram Cashew
  • 10 gram Raisins
  • 10 gram Ghee

  • STEP 1.Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes. Add jaggery, salt, and ghee in the rice. In a pan fry some cashews. Heat milk in a pan for 15 minutes. Add rice to the milk and hot water. Add dry fruits and turn off the heat. Serve.
