Directions : Mysore Pak Recipe

STEP 1.In a pot add 3 cups of water and 3 cups of sugar and boil until sugar is dissolved completely.

STEP 2.Then add 1 cup of gram flour and combine in the sugar syrup cook until gram flour is aromatic.

STEP 3.Once the mix is thick in consistency add 3 cups of ghee in small quantities and mix.

STEP 4.Take a tray and grease it with ghee, add the gram flour mix in the tray and let it set.

STEP 5.Once the mix is completely cooled and hardened cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
