A Crispy, delicious and easy recipe prepared from rice flour, ghee and other few ingredients. A healthy snack profoundly enjoyed as a tea time snack in South India.
STEP 1.Take a boiler and add half a cup of water. Add some salt, and a teaspoon of ghee.
STEP 1.Add one cup of rice flour, asafoetida, a spoon of sesame seeds, red chili powder and mix well. make a dough-like mixture.
STEP 2.Transfer the dough in a bowl and cover it.
STEP 3.Mix the dough using your hands, and take a plastic cover and drop the desired shape of murukku on the plastic. Make plenty of them.
STEP 4.Take a deep fry pan, add some oil, and deep fry the murukku one by one.
STEP 5.Crispy delicious murukku are ready.
