Ingredients for Murruku Recipe

  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee
  • As required Salt
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder

Directions: Murruku Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a boiler and add half a cup of water. Add some salt,  and a teaspoon of ghee.
  • STEP 1.Add one cup of rice flour,  asafoetida,  a spoon of sesame seeds,  red chili powder and mix well.  make a dough-like mixture.
  • STEP 2.Transfer the dough in a bowl and cover it.
  • STEP 3.Mix the dough using your hands, and take a plastic cover and drop the desired shape of murukku on the plastic. Make plenty of them.
  • STEP 4.Take a deep fry pan, add some oil, and deep fry the murukku one by one.
  • STEP 5.Crispy delicious murukku are ready.
