• 1 Medium red onion, chopped
• 1 Medium green pepper, chopped
• 2 Celery ribs, chopped
• 3 Garlic cloves, minced
• 3 can Diced Tomatoes
• 1 can Italian tomato paste
• 1 Jar marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
• 1 cup Sun dried tomatoes , chopped
• 3 tablespoon Minced Fresh Parsley
• 1.5 teaspoon Minced fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
• 1 Bay leaf
• 1 teaspoon Pepper
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
