STEP 1.Add all ingredients except baking soda in a mixing bowl. Mix properly.
STEP 2.Boil water in Idli steamer. Grease Idli plates. Once water boiled. Add baking soda in a batter. Mix well.
STEP 3.Pour batter in each pit of Idli plate. Place it in a steamer.
STEP 4.Take it out. Let it be cool. Demould it. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
