Ingredients for Masala idli Recipe

  • 0.33 cup suji
  • 0.33 cup Curd
  • 0.08 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.08 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.08 tsp Baking soda
  • As Required Oil for greasing
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Masala Idli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add all ingredients except baking soda in a mixing bowl. Mix properly.
  • STEP 2.Boil water in Idli steamer. Grease Idli plates. Once water boiled. Add baking soda in a batter. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Pour batter in each pit of Idli plate. Place it in a steamer.
  • STEP 4.Take it out. Let it be cool. Demould it. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
